Praise for Oh No! Ah Yes!
"Oh no, the book has ended! Ah yes, we can read it again! Oh No! Ah Yes! introduces young children to dilemmas they face in their everyday lives. It presents them with opportunities to make the best choices. Children may recognize themselves in some of the scenarios included in this brightly illustrated story. The message that it feels good to do the right thing comes through loud and clear!"
~ Diane Flynn-Hahn, Professor/Program Director, Child and Family Services Department, Schoolcraft College.
"A fun and glorious read. A must for your little ones."
~ Susan B. Neuman, ED.D, Professor of Educational Studies specializing in early literacy development, University of Michigan. Previously served as the U.S. Assistant Secretary of Elementary and Secondary Education.
"Oh No! Ah Yes! is a delightfully written book that focuses on choices children often have to make during the course of the day. The rhymes are pleasing to the ear and the illustrations clearly define the behaviors that preschoolers struggle with on the road to self direction. The review is especially helpful to the parent who may select a specific behavior as a topic of discussion when reading, Oh No! Ah Yes! to the child."
~ Mary Jo Keller, Retired kindergarten, first and second grade teacher.
Department of Child and Family Services, Schoolcraft College
"This book is an excellent way to introduce children to the benefits of good citizenship. The illustrations are bright and cheerful and the text is easy to understand."
~ Jeffrey D. Haller, M.D., FACP, FAAP, Father of six.
