About the Book and the Author:

Kalli K. Reid

Marie only likes TV, and Keith doesn't like to brush his teeth, but what if they made a different choice? From sharing to trying new foods to getting exercise, Oh No! Ah Yes! helps young readers discover how making good choices is the right thing to do.

Kalli K. Reid has been writing children's stories and poetry since she was sixteen. She was raised in Livonia, Michigan along with her five siblings. She earned a B. A. from Eastern Michigan University.  She has a teaching certificate in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Endorsement.

Throughout her life, she has enjoyed working with children of all ages and in different capacities; babysitter, daycare provider, Sunday school teacher, Cub Scout leader, professional clown, camp counselor, tutor, and currently as a preschool teacher in the Plymouth-Canton School District. One of her favorite positions is being a mother; she has two grown sons, Brenen and Alex. In 2008, she added a new position of grandmother. She has one precious grandson, Ashton.
